An escape game is a real-life experience where participants are locked in a room and must use elements of the room, the group’s collective knowledge, and wits to discover clues, solve puzzles, and escape and/or find the missing item within a set amount of time.
Traditional escape rooms have a barebone story that is usually neglected as part of the gameplay. While it is fun to get down to the puzzles, we believe that the best escape room experience comes with a compelling storyline. We take great pride in crafting the story that blends with the puzzle solving to deliver a fun and immersive experience.
Our rooms' time limits are 60 minutes for Memento, 90 minutes for room 2217, and 100 minutes for Project Delta.
Our prices are different for each room due to the different durations of the games. We also offer incremental prices for different sizes of groups. Please check our booking page to find out more details.
No cancellations or refunds once a session is booked; however, you are able to reschedule free of charge 24 hours in advance. For shorter notice to reschedule, within 24 hrs but longer than 3 hrs, we will charge 25% rebooking fee; within 3 hrs, we may NOT be able to reschedule. We highly recommend you to contact us as early as possible to make change.
To ensure the game starts on time, we advise the whole team to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the booking. Should you be running late, please let us know as soon as possible. If anyone is slightly delayed, we will do our best to start the game with all the members present. However, if the next slot is booked for another team, being late will mean less time for your game. Whenever possible and under special circumstances, you may be able to reschedule your booking on site.
Project Delta is designed for ages 10 and up, and the other two rooms, Room 2217 and Memento, are for ages 13 and up. Anyone below 16 is required to be accompanied by at least one paid adult. Participants under 18 require a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
No, all of our bookings are private. You don’t need to share your story with strangers.
Free parking is available in the same plaza that is dedicated to the 2470 Berryessa suites. During busy hours, more parking is available at the shopping mall across the street.
Absolutely! We do sell gift certificates. Simply go to Book Now!", select Gift Voucher and we will send an email with the gift code to your friend and/or family.
There is no need to contact Cubic Escape if you do not exceed the maximum for the room. Just bring the additional players and pay for them onsite. If you exceed the maximum please contact us to see if it is possible, normally we do not recommend exceeding the maximum.
